Overview of the Wine
Located in Gorges, in the village of La Ganolière, the cellar is a vestige dating from the end of the 19th century and has always been a wine-growing building in the family tradition.
After several generations in the Boucher family, it is in November 2021 that Jérôme, from a family of winegrowers and Florian, head of viticulture, take over the reins of the Ganolière estate.
The estate extends over 16 hectares around the cellar. 2021 is the first year of operation by Jérôme and Florian. On a mainly Melon de Bourgogne grape variety, a wide range of Muscadets AOP has made the reputation of the Domaine as well as these vintages in Cru Gorges (also in magnum).
In addition to the cellar, Jérôme offers a wide range of spirits: whisky, gin and rum for your gifts or evenings with friends.

92 Points - Wine Advocate
The 2019 Clisson is crafted from vines aged between 50 and 80 years, grown on gabbro soils. It reveals a complex, delicate bouquet with aromas of smoke, menthol, spring flowers, orchard fruits and spices, followed by a full to medium-bodied, textural and round palate with a racy spine of acidity and a lot of minerality that concludes fresh and saline. Matured 42 months on the lees, this outstanding wine possesses the potential to improve further in the cellar. Drink from 2023-2035. 92 points.
