"Approved to Ship ASAP" Shipping Method:

At our sole discretion, we ship weather permitting when this shipping method is selected at checkout. We will contact you via email to communicate shipping updates on your order. Our Weather Waiver may be required and offered to you via email should you wish to ship regardless of weather conditions. All orders up to $2,000 USD being shipped to California addresses pay $20 USD per 1-12 bottles for "Approved to Ship ASAP" shipping. 

"Call to Schedule Shipping" Shipping Method:

Selecting this shipping method at checkout requires communication with our office to coordinate a mutually agreed upon shipping date for your order. At our sole discretion, any "Call to Schedule Shipping" order placed extending beyond reasonable timeframe where the customer has not contacted or coordinated a mutually agreed upon shipping date may incur storage charges. All orders up to $2,000 USD being shipped to California addresses pay $20 USD per 1-12 bottles for "Call to Schedule Shipping" shipping. Any shipping prices collected at the time your order was placed and accepted may be subject to additional shipping charges based on the actual ship date. 

"Weather Permitting": Before shipping your wine order, we assess the weather in your area. At our sole discretion, if the weather conditions appear to be unfavorable, we'll notify you of the situation and we may offer you a Weather Waiver. Wine is sensitive to extreme temperatures and may cause spoilage, this affects customer satisfaction and our brand reputation. At our sole discretion, we only ship when we believe the weather will not harm the wine and package. On occasion, we may offer a 'Weather Waiver' agreement to those heat sensitive areas if you choose to ship regardless of weather.

Order Processing: Orders typically process Tuesday through Thursday. Packages with alcohol ship weather permitting. If your order is placed on a Friday, we typically ship your order the following Tuesday. Orders placed on Tuesday before 12:00 pm PST will typically process the same day - depending on inventory location and weather conditions. We are closed on Monday, Saturday, Sunday, Holidays, and Observance Days. Orders will not process/ship on closed days.

Order Shipping & Delivery: All shipping and delivery timelines displayed on our website are estimates, not guarantees. Once your carrier has possession of your package, we are no longer in control of the routing or delivery timeline. Please contact the carrier of your package directly for any tracking updates/requests or reference your tracking number for status updates. Local delivery timelines may be affected by traffic conditions.

To qualify for Free Los Angeles Delivery, the following must apply:

  • $100 USD minimum purchase (before tax, shipping, fees, etc.)
