Overview of the Wine
Established in 1959 in the village of Cramant, this family-run domaine has 22.5 acres of vines, primarily in the Côte des Blancs, where chalky soil provides the perfect home for Grand Cru Chardonnay. One of the most highly respected producers in France, Jacques Diebolt is a passionate and outgoing winemaker. Together with his wife, Nadia Vallois, daughter, Isabelle, and son, Arnaud, he produces magnificent Blanc de Blancs Champagnes.
Diebolt-Vallois Champagnes are classic and refined, creamy and balanced, with fine, elegant bubbles. Their two top wines, Fleur de Passion and Cuvée Préstige, are some of the best values in Champagne today.

92 Points - Wine Spectator
Like an orchard in late spring, this blends floral and fruit notes of ripe apple, white cherry and apricot. There's a firm backbone of zesty acidity and underlying minerality, with a lingering hint of ginger on the finish.
