The Julien BAILLARD house located in the heart of Chablis is a nascent company linked to the BAILLARD estate.

For generations, the BAILLARD/SERVIN family has devoted itself mainly to the vine and the vinification of wines. The Estate operates 24 hectares covering the most prestigious Chablis appellations. Our objective remains the satisfaction of a traditional clientele in search of authenticity and quality.

A large Petit Chablis! From a plot of “Sur les Clos” just above Grand Cru “Les Clos” with a terroir of the so-called Portlandian, where Chablis is mainly Kimmeridgien, a much older layer of chalk. This gives more aromas of citrus, fresher in the mouth and already a pleasure to drink now!
