Overview of the Wine
Working as a winemaker has always been Petra Unger's dream. After her studies and various study stays abroad, she took over the parental business of the Furtherhof, the heart of the winery, in 1999.

Nestled in the middle of the vineyards, the cellar is located at the beginning of the Hohlweg and natural monument, Zellergraben, which is cut deep into the Löss. The climate is characterized by warm Pannonian influences from the east, as well as the regulatory effect of the Danube. This not only favors the maturation of the grapes, cool nights ensure pronounced aromas and a good acid structure of the wines.
