Overview of the Olive Oil
Quintarelli makes one of our favorite olive oils, and we look forward to their release each year. It is made from olive trees located around their winery and vineyards in Negrar. Rich, delicate, and long with just the right amount of energetic zip on the finish reminiscent of wild leafy greens and white pepper with herbal and floral notes. This is one of the most balanced olive oils that we sell and has an excellent depth of flavor and smoothness with none of the astringency that can come through in some olive oils. It is always fun to get a food product made by a winery we love, and this is at the top of the list.
