Winemaker's Tasting Notes
The Assyrtiko ferments and ages in a mixture of stainless-steel tanks, wooden vats and oak barrels. It is bottled after seven months on the lees. Stone frut, grilled citrus and crushed rocks just begin to describe the depth of flavor. A tremendous expression of this wine.

95 Points - James Suckling 
Aromas of green apples and limes with some iodine and sea shells. Medium-bodied, the palate shows plenty of flint and stone character with lime and lemon zest at the end and hints of green mango. Crisp and energetic with electric acidity.
