Overview of the Wine
Oliver Moragues is located in one of the most ancient manors on the island Mallorca, in the Mediterranean Sea, which has been property of the same family since 1511. It has been dedicated all these centuries to wine growing and today the last generation maintains a philosophy based on respect for nature, tradition and legacy. At a high of 265 meters over the sea level on the winery is surrounded by organic vineyards and a huge forest of pines and oaks. 

The winery is focused on local grapes, as for example Prensal Blanc, Giró Ros or Callet, which are indigenous and offer the authenticity of the wines produced for centuries on the island. All vineyards and wines are organic certified by the European Union, and worked following the most respectful procedures as for example hand harvesting, green cover crops and biodynamic treatments. 

Besides the wine activity, the idyllic environment also has a small hotel, which offers the possibility of living in between vineyards and a winery for a couple of days.

Pale gold color…this CHABLIS grown on an island with salted apple crisp nose and amazing acidity!! The palate is fresh with a long zippy finish…. Highly Recommended by Ian Blackburn
