Overview of the Wine
It was born as a family-inspired project in 1997. The motor idea is and has always been; to obtain wines that are characterized by their "origin". In our elaborations we have sought to highlight the elements that make up the place where the grapes are grown.
Since we started this unique adventure, 26 harvests have passed through the mills of the house. So far, we have released 24 harvests that try to reflect an oenological sensitivity subject to the context. Always maintaining a scale that allows us to take care of each bottle and thus, print the personality of the homeland as much as possible.
Our commitment is to transfer the flavors and experiences of the land where we live, through the wines we offer.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes
Light straw yellow, with soft green reflections. It has aromas of green apples and citrus fruits such as orange. In the mouth it is soft and refreshing, with an elegant honey finish.
Piedra de Sol is our wine proposal for the white wine of Casa de Piedra. Its first elaboration was in 1999, a vineyard of chardonnay grapes planted in high density in 1996. Now, we have transformed our historic vineyard in San Antonio de las Minas, into a new winemaking proposal, more harmonious with the changing weather and the oenological work learned. Underlining the contextual character of the site and avoiding in its elaboration any practice that distracts the expression of the grape from which it comes.
