Overview of the Wine
Our family winery is localed in the Sèvre et Maine appellation, in the heart of the wine producing region of Nantes. Our organic vineyards are farmed in rocky, stony soils at one of the highest elevations of the region, the Minière Mill, where Melon de Bourgogne grape variety produces wines of character in response to the unique terroir.
The wines we produce today are a product of the generations of men and women who have left their mark and over two centuries of local history and evolution of the grape growing and winemaking processes.
As the sixth generation of wine producers, we aim to leave our mark on the Ménard-Gaborit Estate, while honoring our family history, our traditions, our region and our Muscadet.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes
Its light yellow color offers an abundant release of carbonic bubbles. The nose is fruity and evokes apple and lemon scents. After a few moments, brioche notes bring complexity to this traditional cuvée.
