Overview of the Wine
The Juillet-Lallement family business was founded at the very beginning of the 20th century by three partners: Paul, Arthur, and René Lallement. Together they created the R. JUILLET - P. & A. LALLEMENT brand, the first collective Champagne brand registered with the CIVC and customs, which later became Champagne JUILLET-LALLEMENT.
The succession was ensured by the son of Mr. Arthur LALLEMENT in 1963, Pierre LALLEMENT.
With the wealth of experience gained from his father and his family, Pierre LALLEMENT set about developing the winemaking and marketing of his wines.
Over the years, the estate grew and modernized with the aim of producing the best Champagne wines.
Driven by a passion for his winemaking profession and a quest for excellence, Pierre LALLEMENT joined the Club Trésors de Champagne in 1973, the oldest and most renowned association of Champagne winemakers.
At the dawn of 2003, it was Pierre LALLEMENT's turn to pass the baton to his son Jean.
With his wife Virginie, they strive to perpetuate the family and Champagne tradition by bringing the best of their terroirs, their work and their grape varieties through their vintages.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes
Our Rosé cuvée is made from Pinot Noirs (vinified in oak barrels) from Sillery and Chardonnay from Verzy, both terroirs classified as Grand Cru.
This Champagne will seduce you with its aromas of red fruits with notes of liquorice.
A traditional rosé with a strong personality, it is perfect as an aperitif or to accompany a delicious chocolate fondant.
