Overview of the Wine
This is a family estate of nearly 9 hectares located in Meurville in the Côte des Bar. The clay-limestone soils come from the upper Jurassic. The grape variety consists of a dominant Pinot Noir (70%) the king grape of the Côte des Bar, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Meunier. Despite its early "breakdown" and therefore its sensitivity superior to spring frost, a phenomenon common in Côte des Bar partly explains its presence in the local grape variety, I try to increase the proportion of the Chardonnay grape increasing as replants progress. The aim is to have a minimum contribution of 30% Chardonnay in the lightweight cuvée. The average age of the vineyard is 23 years.

Tasting Notes
Means "Sea over mountain" Made from Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Both the color and the aromatics are very rich here, roasted nuts, browned biscuits, caramelized red apple skin, and flesh peppered with lime zest and seashells.Bone dry but bursting with charm and mind bending complexity. Only 60 bottles given to our importer, we took 12.
