Overview of the Wine
Since 1542, the Bisol family has produced a range of sustainably farmed and internationally recognized Prosecco Superiore DOCG in the heart of Valdobbiadene. All bottlings are expressions of terroir, including the famed ‘Cartizze, the ‘Grand Cru’ of Prosecco, from their own vineyards. Today, Giancluca Bisol has assumed the role of President and CEO while his brother, Desiderio, holds the position of chief enologist and technical director.

Jeio is the fruit of two interwoven love stories. The first is that of generations of the Bisol family who have faithfully cared for their vineyards. And within this same family, there is the love of a wife who affectionately gave her husband Desiderio Bisol, the nickname “Jeio.” Jeio originates from a selection of vines chosen from plots scattered across the Prosecco hills and is the fruit of passion and expertise that has matured into the production of a cuvée.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes
Brilliant straw yellow color; perlage extremely fine and lively. Intense and fresh nose of citrus fruits and saline sensations. Fruit-forward, refreshing sip.

Top producer presents an optimal value - A fresh and lively Prosecco with lots of lemon and lime character, as well as spiced pears. Medium body, lovely fruit and a fresh finish. Bottled in 2018. Drink now.  Not sweet at all - but pure, clean, crisp, fresh... and JEIO!!!  Color 13.5 Aroma 22.5 Body 22 Overall 33 = 91 points
