Chardonnay. Pretty pale colour but lively and even quite spicy. Good tension, sandalwood and spice, white fruit. Pure and long. With a rounded and well-balanced profile, the wine boasts a pleasing weight and luscious stone fruit character. Its bright core is dominated by citrus notes, lending a refreshing and vibrant quality to the palate. The minerality adds depth and complexity, with stony and citrus aromas that intertwine seamlessly. Ripe stone fruits contribute to the overall richness, this all concludes with an impressive mineral length that lingers on the palate, epitomizing the elegance and craftsmanship synonymous with Samuel Billaud Chablis wines.
