Nestled in the Loire Valley, Quincy is the first appellation from the Centre-Loire to obtain the AOC status.

J. de Villebois has carefully selected the best Sauvignon Blanc grapes to produce this aromatic and delicate wine with exotic and mineral notes.

91 Points - Ian Blackburn
Grown in pink limestone, sand and silex - this producers QUINCY has a pretty purfumed nose, with pink grapefruit, wild flowers, and a gentle plushness.  Light, lean, and very enjoyable - you might need two bottles instead of just one.  Pair with fish and you will come back for more.  Color 14/15 - youthful, Aroma 24/25 - a perfume splender!  Body 21/25 - very daft and lean, Overall 32/35  - 91 points, very enjoyable - Ian Blackburn
