Overview of the Wine
I create artisan wines in the most authentic way possible, wines that deliver a faithful expression of their provenance: the municipalities of Randazzo on the northern slopes of Mount Etna and Castagneto Carducci on the Tuscan Coast.

The locations I have chosen for my vineyards differ in terms of their soil, climate and winemaking history but are very similar in terms of their potential for quality, their capacity to produce great wines with a strong personality.

Tasting Notes
Emiliano Falsini is a consulting enologist from Tuscany. He has been working for years
with great estates in Tuscany, Sicily, and elsewhere, including Girolamo Russo, Alberto Graci, Tabarrini, and Antonella Lombardo. Now Emiliano has chosen to start producing wine under his own name, in two appellations he knows particularly well; the north side of Mount Etna in Sicily, and Bolgheri on the coast of Tuscany.

Very deep in color, violet-tinged red; aroma and flavor of a mixture of berries
(blackcurrant, blackberry?) with a balancing savory herbal note behind, appetizing and complex. When young, this shows a hint of oak on the palate, but this will integrate as the wine ages. Extremely well made, as one would expect; clean, fresh, direct, expressive, distinctive wine.

92 Points - James Suckling
A juicy, textured and pulpy cabernet franc expressing aromas of plums, cassis blossoms and hints of clay. It’s medium-bodied with fine tannins. Juicy and fruit-driven on the palate, with a velvety texture and a crunchy finish. Drink or hold.
