What's Zoom Into Wine?

Each Zoom Into Wine experience is distinctly different! We feature world class wine educators and personalities like John Bauccio and Bartholomew Broadbent, and winemakers like Sebastián De Martino, Coral Brown, Victor Ordóñez, and Carlo Mondavi to lead us on a tasting journey of their own special wine styles. In other events, we uncover regional history and their examples, top bottle selections or an exploration of a grape varietal. Our tasting experiences are fun for the burgeoning wine lover and rewarding for even the most seasoned enthusiast!

Study Up Sundays: Tasting with a focus on grape variety or wine region(s) and associated historical and current cultural relevance. Taste alongside top wine educators and discover the magic behind the bottles we select each week!

Winery Wednesdays: Tasting with a focus on a specific winery. We're often joined by the winemaker, proprietor, or other representative from the winery who provide their first-hand, intimate insight. Learn about about the winemaking process and style as we taste some of the winery's top selections. We'll hear their stories, get a glimpse into their creative process, influences, history and taste some great wine!

Anything Goes Saturdays: Tasting with a unique focus! Saturday tasting experiences are always innovative and exciting. In addition to the wine tasting experience, some events include a culinary element such as a dinner prepared by a local Los Angeles chef or a luxury food pairing. Some events are comparative tastings highlighting varietals or micro-regions (sometimes tasted blind) encouraging the discovery and understanding of different incarnations and/or the nuances between the bottles.
