Overview of the Wine
It has been named "one of the best and most sophisticated Greek white wines". It is certainly one of the wines that have placed Anatolikos Vineyards and Nikolaidis bros among the Top Greek Producers, and their wines in the most fine restaurant and private cellars. Assyrtiko adds the intensity, structure and charm. Malagouzia softens the blend and adds finesse. With indigenous yeast, wild fermentation and maturation for six months in French oak barrels and on its fine lees, things get very interesting.

Winemaker Tasting Notes
Golden yellow color with green highlights, discreet presence of barrel with elegant aromas of vanilla and butter, intense and complex bouquet of citrus fruits, quince, honeycomb while as it evaporates it releases flowers and yellow fruits. Exuberant in the mouth, fruit and barrel in harmony, with perfect taste balance and very good acidity, oiliness and persistent duration. About twenty minutes before enjoying it, decant it into a wide carafe (Decanting). The difference will pleasantly surprise you…!

Pair with fish, shellfish, seafood, lamb, goat and pasta.
