Overview of the Wine
Daniel Lonnberg, a Chilean national, studied Oenology at the University of Chile. His passion for wine arises very early as a result of the habit and conscience of his parents, to always have a good wine on the table at each of the meetings at home, something everyday in Chile.

His first works were in Viña Concha y Toro, in charge of making fine white and red wines. Later he worked at Viña Altair (Joint Venture of Viña San Pedro-Chateau Dassault), in charge of wines for export. Towards the year 2003 – 2004 he had a job offer in Mexico for the company Domecq, having the responsibility of helping in the winemaking process of the different lines of the company. Arriving in Ensenada and seeing the riches of this place, its people, its local products and especially the great potential of the Valle de Guadalupe, in 2005 he made the decision to settle permanently in that city.

In Ensenada he meets Hugo D’Acosta who invites him to participate first in the Casa de Piedra projects and then take over the Parallel Project, where he spent 7 years. However, two years before, he had started working with Adobe Guadalupe in the elaboration of his wine lines, and by the beginning of 2010 he made the decision to become independent and enter the Adobe Guadalupe team as Winemaker in charge of the Project where He is in charge of the elaboration of the lines of the Gardens and the Archangels.

Aromas of dark fruits such as plums and blackberries, with a hint of tobacco. Balanced acidity with mellow rounded tannins.
