In our vineyard, we are proud to practice environmentally friendly and sustainable agriculture. Since 2010, we have adopted an original method for working the soil: that of using horses.

Our winery is dedicated to harmony with nature by nurturing old vines with biodynamic, phytotherapeutic and aromatherapeutic practices. Discover our localities of Ambonnay and Bouzy, where we cultivate our grapes with an average age of 40 years.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes 
The wine is lovely note the nose, offering up notes of fresh apricot, pear, chalky soil tones, brioche, chalky soil tones, orange zest and a delicate foundation of buttery oak. On the palate the wine is full-bodied, zesty and nicely balanced, with good mineral undertow, elegant mousse, fine focus and a long, youthfully complex finish.
