Overview of the Wine
Since 1542, the Bisol family has produced a range of sustainably farmed and internationally recognized Prosecco Superiore DOCG in the heart of Valdobbiadene. All bottlings are expressions of terroir, including the famed ‘Cartizze, the ‘Grand Cru’ of Prosecco, from their own vineyards. Today, Giancluca Bisol has assumed the role of President and CEO while his brother, Desiderio, holds the position of chief enologist and technical director.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes
The palate is beautifully balanced, with rich, precise flavors of fruit that reflect the floral aromas. Its mineral undertones, a nod to the clay-rich soils of Valdobbiadene, add depth, while the crisp acidity ensures a harmonious, clean finish. A sophisticated and refreshing expression of its terroir.

91 Points - Wine Enthusiast
This Prosecco brings the party without losing its elegance. Jasmine, honeysuckle, and pink ginger float up from the glass with a twist of candied lemon peel. The bubbles play it cool, soft and gentle rather than showy, while green apple and pear flavors mingle with citrus zest for a finish that makes you smile. This is what happens when easy drinking meets well made.

90 Points - James Suckling
A lively and fresh nose of aspirin, white flowers and pears. Light-bodied with frothy bubbles. Zesty and savory. Well made.
