Vinos Pasatiempo is a small-production, estate-driven winery in Valle de Guadalupe, founded by Ronald Buhler. Producing just a few thousand cases annually, the focus is on complete control from vineyard to bottle, with all fruit sourced from the estate’s Viñedo Refugio.

This is Baja at its most intentional—hands-on farming, low-intervention winemaking, and a commitment to structure and expression over volume. The Bühler label highlights varietal purity and precision, showcasing grapes like Graciano in a way that feels both disciplined and distinctly Baja.
