Overview of the Wine
The Aboriginal Winery is part of a project to rescue vineyards in the Baja California area, traditionally wine, whose process carries out actions of environmental responsibility such as the sustainable exploitation of the resource, management of production under organic practices, promotion of biological variability and prohibition of intensive and cultural exploitation.
In Aborigen, there are small production scales, the care of every detail and the different characters that dye each project, sometimes rigorous and technical, in other creative and full of emotion.
