Winemaker's Tasting Notes
Cartizze, toponym for a 107-hectare area in the commune of Valdobbiadene, or gardizze in dialect, refers to the reed mats used for the natural drying, or appassimento, of grape clusters. Cartizze made from grapes grown in the villages of Saccol, San Pietro di Barbozza, and Santo Stefano displays heady, youthful fragrances and a delicate, stylish palate that pairs beautifully with light sweets and desserts.

The Cartizze cru is characterized by its elegance and Adami's expression lives up to the task thanks to its notes of delicate white peach, citrus blossom and white stone. In the mouth, it boasts pulpy, creamy complexity with a playful touch of sweetness.
