Overview of the Wine
Nested in a rough and preserved Nature, on the foothills of the Dentelles de Montmirail, our 50-hectare vineyard benefits from unique natural conditions. Here, the grandeur of the terroir blends with the detailed field works. From the grapevine to the cellar, everything is planned to make vibrant and expressive wines, showing the essence of an exceptional terroir.

In the estate, everything is made to obtain quality grapes with an optimal maturity in the most natural way possible. Our cultural methods are soft. We strive to stimulate the living in order to promote the microbial life in our soils and create a space in which the vines can grow harmoniously. We use plant decoctions and sow legumes and faba beans to bring the necessary nitrogen to the roots system. We only treat with products allowed in organic farming, guaranteed with no pesticide residues.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes
The nose emits explosive aromas of kirsch, stone fruits, licorice, pepper, suave baking spices and a slightly floral character, perhaps violets. It has a supple texture that shows plenty of elegance, and a wonderfully long and satisfying finish.
