Overview of the Wine
We are a family that since 1999 “makes wine”. Over the years, Ermes has joined his sons Nathan and Nineveh with different roles but always with the intention of looking at new directions.
Our company began to take its first steps in 1999, gathering family experiences and the advice of Marziano Vevey, a historic producer of the Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle. In a few years our size changes and we face the foreign market. The wines produced are three: in addition to the Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle traditional, in 2001 Nathan - Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle aged in barriques and Nineveh - overripe wine come out.
Agriculture is fatigue, passion, dedication, but also satisfaction and fun. We try to bring all this into our products, working at our best, with seriousness without losing a little necessary madness.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes
Color is clear, straw yellow with golden reflections. Evident notes of aromatic herbs, floral (white) with hints of white fruits (Pere Williams) and spicy tone of white pepper. Taste is intense and fresh, persistent with obvious mineral notes. Balanced and aromatic.
It goes well with fish and white meats, medium-aged cheeses. Great as an aperitif.
