Have you noticed? More and more people are telling me, I am really starting to drink more white than red….
Now that may change course with the cooler weather but whites and winter can be amazing.
Stews - Chowders - Casseroles - there is a white wine waiting to impress you.
Typically - I would think of fresh and lean in the summer time and richer and rounder in the winter… but that may only apply to my waistline :)
