Special guests included Victor Ordóñez, son of Jorge Ordóñez (famous importer: Jorge Ordóñez Selections) & David Wiater representing The Rare Wine Company. We learned about two amazing producers, how the wine was made, got behind the scenes information, ideas, and influences. Each week we will learn the stories of the different wines, the brands, the grape, the history, the insights.

David Wiater has spent the last 20 years in the wine industry, the last four of which have been as owner of Grapevine Wine Brokers, a boutique wine brokerage based in Southern California. His company handles the Rare Wine Company, Peter Weygandt Selections, and several of California and Oregon’s great wineries.
