Winemaker's Tasting Notes
The Assyrtiko ferments and ages in a mixture of stainless-steel tanks, wooden vats and oak barrels. It is bottled after seven months on the lees. Stone frut, grilled citrus and crushed rocks just begin to describe the depth of flavor. A tremendous expression of this wine.
