Overview of the Wine Made by Drake Whitcraft, this delicateBurgundian style Pinot Noir consists of aromas of bright Bing cherry, fraise de bois, and fresh rose hips. On the palate, layered with tart barberry, pomegranate, rose, black tea, and sandalwood notes. Extremely gentle cellar techniques, using little to no electricity, this unfined, unfiltered, and unadulterated wine is youthful and elegant. It should last in the cellar for 10 years or longer, rewarding a true wine collector.

91 Points - Wine Enthusiast Light, fresh and a perfect pairing for everything from burritos to roasted fish, this bottling is very light in the glass and shows soft strawberry and a hint of sweet sagebrush on the nose. The palate throws light hints of bay leaf and juniper in with strawberry soda pop flavors, proving quite fruity and likable.
92 Points - Ian Blackburn Tasting now in 2020, this wine has massive amounts of stem inclusion, which pushes the optimal drinking date out... now this wine is entering a new day... this is a pretty pretty wine with a softness, and elegance. The fruit mixes amongst the greenish wet forrest floor... Abundantly drinkable now - this is a great find. Color 12.5/15, Aroma 24/25, Body 23.5/25, Overall Impression 32/35 = 92
