Overview of the Wine
Casa de Piedra is one of the pioneers of the "new Mexican wine" of Hugo d' Acosta, one of the main promoters of Mexican wine. Hugo has promoted small-scale wine production with "La Escuelita", the School of Crafts at the "El Porvenir" station. Casa de Piedra, owes its name to the fact that it was erected stone by stone, once conceived in the minds of Hugo and family, opening operations in 1997.

Winemaker's Tasting Notes
Straw with green sparkles, defined and delicate perlage. On the nose, yeast, lemon, lime, apple, green, petacon mango, green wheat, freshly cut grass and chlorophyll. In the mouth, delicate, dry, perfect acidity and with a mineral and citrus aftertaste.

Visual: Pale straw with great brightness and clarity. Sturdy bubbles.
Nose: Presents with citrus aromas, green apple, slight touch of tropical fruits, mango and light notes of yeast and butter.
Taste: Freshness, good acidity, aromatic persistence with a complex finish and bitter touch.
