Vincent began working with his father, René, in the 1970s and today runs the Domaine. A loyal following among France’s most esteemed restaurateurs sharply limits the availability of Dauvissat wines for export. On the palate the wine is pure, full-bodied and racy in personality, with a stunning core of fruit, a kaleidoscope of supporting minerality, snappy acids, laser-like focus and a very, very long, very complex finish of simply perfect balance.
