Its first production was in 1999, in a Chardonnay vineyard planted at high density in 1996. Now, we have transformed our historic vineyard in San Antonio de las Minas into a new winemaking proposal, more in harmony with the changing climate and the learned winemaking skills. Emphasizing the contextual character of the site and avoiding in its production any practice that distracts from the expression of the grape from which it comes.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eOffering aromas of green apple and citrus, with subtle notes of orange, this rich Mexican wine features hints of apricot and pear.
