Overview of the Wine
The history of this project begins in the year 2000 when they purchased this winery built in 1927 in the small village of Los Marcos, 100 kilometers west from the Mediterranean sea.  

The same sensitivity in the management of the organic vineyard, they also applied to the winemaking facilities and the construction work grow the size of the winery in 2006.  The first vintage, 2003 and push to constantly improve year after year,  the young and professional team is proud to share the results.

Tasting Notes
Before the rise of Tempranillo, Bobal and Garnacha were the most dominant black grape grown in Spain. Garnacha has staged a huge comeback in esteem.  Now its time for BOBAL which can turn out utterly delicious wines like this one. Ridiculously cheap for the quality, especially considering the well-known additional expense of organic production.

Review:  Juicy and better quality than anyone will expect at this price.  Good fruit density - delicious daily drinker that we are proud to present.... that is hard to say for many wines at this price.  

Color 13.5/15 (great color), Aroma 22.5/25 (Fresh and Fruit dense with good terroir but not austere), Body 22/25 (Good concentration and mouthfeel), Overall 32/35 - a great value - 90 Points
